1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at aaroquant.com, logging into our dashboard environment, or invoking AaroQuant API routers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License & Intellectual Property Limits

Permission is granted to access the client dashboard workspace and developer assets. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary algorithmic structures of our trading bots or countdown clocks.
• Use the materials for any commercial distribution or public display without prior written permission from AaroQuant.
• Attempt to bypass authentication headers, spam API nodes (including /api/calendar), or run unauthorized penetrative scan tools.
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by AaroQuant at any time. All proprietary code, graphic designs, countdown clock modules, SVG map renders, and brand marks are the exclusive intellectual property of AaroQuant.

3. Dashboard & Account Registration

To access custom calendar watchlist telemetry and bot status panels, you must create a secure credentials account or authenticate via Google OAuth. You are entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and credentials hashing session keys.
• Ensuring all info supplied in client contact request forms is accurate and legal.
• Promptly notifying us of any breach, compromise, or unauthorized access of your dashboard nodes.

4. Service Scope & Availability

AaroQuant develops custom software, bots, UI solutions, and automation scripts. While we aim for maximum uptime on our calendars, dashboard, and bot APIs, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operations. We reserve the right to temporarily pull down resources for server maintenance, patch releases, or API security compliance without prior warning.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and software on AaroQuant's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. AaroQuant makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall AaroQuant or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of trading capital, data corruption, profit disruption, or system downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, bots, countdown clocks, or calendar feeds, even if AaroQuant has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on AaroQuant's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AaroQuant does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any claim, dispute, or litigation relating to AaroQuant's website, software services, or API nodes shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts for the resolution of any such legal actions.
